So your supposed to get a gender check at about 20 weeks but since my mom was in town we thought why not find out what the baby is earlier than normal so she could share this experience with us! So last week we did and we couldn't be more happier!! Jay got just what he wanted and i had a feeling it would be a boy the whole time, although i was kinda leaning more towards a girl because i only could think of cute girl names and the baby is due a day before my grandmas birthday and wanted to name it after her how perfect that would be!! But I couldn't be more excited to have a boy.... I always pictured my first as a boy to take care of his other siblings anyway! I  hear they are a little easier after all :) I feel so blessed to even be having a little baby! I cant wait :)

WERE PREGNANT !

The day has finally come and were so excited. We thought we would wait a year to have children but i guess life never goes as planned! Were three months now and couldn't be more excited..My sisters always joked that it would take me forever to get pregnant and that i better start trying cuz I'm not getting any younger and what do you know i sure got pregnant fast !!! When i found out i couldn't believe it.. I had to take 3 pregnancy tests and 1 at the doctors just to be sure.. i was just shocked !! For the first 7 weeks i was fine not a pinch of morning sickness and then BAMB it hit me.... i have been sick ever since..I've been throwing up and cant keep food down. Nausea doesn't go away and i cant stand smells everything stinks and i loose my appetite so fast but if i don't eat i throw up oh and the back pains cant leave those out... i think my back is slowly breaking ..i don't sleep because of it !! Am i complaining? YUP! I hope it goes away!!!  Feb 9 please come fast!!

Vegas Weekend at the Nascar races!!!!

We had such a fun time at the races . It was my first time ever going and all tho it rained most of the time it was still pretty exciting...Thanks dad :)

BRIDALS FINALLY!

So... I wanted to download these pictures along time ago but for some reason my computer wouldn't let me...I tried again and wa la it worked! I loved doing this shoot it was so much fun ! My photographer was awesome. She was so creative and did exactly the look i was going for . She was so creative and all though our plans were ruined by the weather , Alix still pulled some great ideas and we were able to shoot at some really cool places! FUN NIGHTS IN THE SNOW!!
It snowed a ton last night and i loved every minute of it! When Jay got home from work we decided to go make snow angels right outside our window. It was my first snow angel, Ive never made one before..I know that's sad. So anyway we threw on these huge bright orange jump suits that my father n law had given Jay from when he worked at fed x! These things were awesome kept us warm the whole time in fact I was sweating in them! After snow angels we decided to build a snowman. Thanks to my wonderful husband he taught me how because yes, I have never done that either...It was so much fun !

HONEYMOON!!!!
My dad booked Jay and I a cruise to the south western Caribbean for our honeymoon.. We left Dec. 26th and came back on the 7th of January..We got to visit Costa Miya, Guatemala, Belice, and Cozumel which were my two favorite and we also got to explore New Orleans at the french quarters a couple days after our cruise...It was so awesome to see the different ways of living and different cultures at each place. It was a blast i would do it all over again! It was a perfect choice for our honeymoon there was so much to do free food, free shows at night, 24 hour room service, pool, spa,  new movies that played all day and night in case we just wanted to stay in and relax and our wonderful room which was on the balcony over looking the ocean!! WE HAD A BLAST.  Thank you so much mom and dad we love you!!

This cute little boy was just wandering around with his bird we kept trying to make him smile for the pic but we failed to get him to ...i just wanted to take him and his bird home with me :(

Jay took lots of pics of this tree in Belice he said they had the same ones in Madagascar (where he served a mission) it made him miss it.

Guatemala!! we had to stay close to the ship here because there was so much crime they didnt want us wandering around..
